Canceling your subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time.

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Please do so by reaching out to our team at support@skreenbe.com at least 24hrs before the new charging period. The time you’ve already paid for is yours to keep – that means you can continue using the benefits of Skreenbe Premium until the last day of your billing cycle.

Example: If you started a monthly subscription on 01st Nov, you have until 30th Nov – even if you canceled on 15th Nov. After you have canceled your Premium subscription, your account will still stay active and will be downgraded to Skreenbe Freemium version. That means your account will lose the branding options.

You can cancel your subscription at any time.

Please do so by reaching out to our team at support@skreenbe.com at least 24hrs before your billing period starts. Should you not cancel you will be charged. Please note that you will get a reminder email 7 days before your trial is about to expire. 

After you have canceled your Skreenbe Premium Trial your account will still stay active and will be downgraded to Skreenbe Freemium version. That means your account will lose the branding options.
